Cara Membuat Nugget Tahu

Berikut bahan-bahan yang harus anda sediakan.

Bahan-bahan utama :

·         Tahu putih, 300 gram. Jangan lupa potong-potong.

·         Wortel, 20 gram. Cincang-cincang kasar

·         Telur ayam, 1 butir. 

·         Roti tawar, 1 lembar

·         Setengah sendok teh merica bubuk

·         1 sendok teh garam

Bahan Pelapis :

·         1 butir telur ayam ambil putihnya saja, dikocok lepas.

·         150gram tepung panir kasar

Saus :

·         300 ml kaldu

·         1 sendok makan margarin

·         1 sendok teh tepung maizena

·         Setengah sendok teh merica bubuk

·         1 butir bawang putih, cincang

·         4 sendok makan saus tomat

·         Setengah sendok teh gula pasir

·         1 sendok teh garam

Cara Membuat Nugget Tahu 

1.    Pertama-tama semua bahan kecuali wortel dimasukan kedalam foodprosessor. Olah sampai lembut.

2.    Masukan cincangan wortel. Aduk-aduk hingga rata.

3.    Setelah itu, angkat adonan dan ratakan dalam loyang berbentuk segi empat. Kukus selama kurang lebih 30 menit.

4.    Setelah 30 menit, angkat dan biarkan dingin.

5.    Adonan di potong-potong pada ukuran 4 x 4 x 1,5 cm.

6.    Masukan atau celup dalam putih telur dan lapisi dengan tepung panir sampai rata.

7.    Panaskan minyak goreng, taruh dan goreng adonan yang sudah dilapisi tepung tadi sampai matang berwarna kecoklatan.

8.    Angkat dan sajikan dengan saus.

Cara Membuat Saus

1.    Pertama-tama, tumis bawang bombay hingga layu.

2.    Masukan bahan-bahan lainnya.

3.    Masukan juga larutan tepung maizena.

4.    Didihkan sampai kental. Angkat.
